Shipping Policy

The short version
Aaggi is a fully digital platform. No physical goods are sold, shipped, or delivered. All transactions on Aaggi are for digital services - specifically, the processing of Fan Meet applications. There is nothing to ship.
1. Nature of the Service
When you pay ₹99 to apply to a Fan Meet on Aaggi, you are purchasing access to a selection process - not a physical product. The service delivered to you is:
- Submission of your application - your answer is recorded and made available to the creator for review.
- A unique share link - allowing you to share your application and gather votes to increase your visibility.
- Status notifications - email updates when the creator makes their selection.
- In-person meet coordination - if you are selected, access to in-platform messaging to coordinate the Fan Meet with the creator.
All of the above are delivered electronically, instantly or as the relevant event occurs. No physical delivery of any kind takes place.
2. No Physical Address Required
Because Aaggi delivers no physical goods, we do not collect or require a shipping address at any point during checkout. If a shipping address field appears in any payment flow, it is a payment gateway requirement and will not be used for any delivery.
3. Fan Meet Location
The in-person Fan Meet itself - the physical meeting between the selected fan and the creator - is arranged directly between the two parties via Aaggi's in-platform messaging after selection. Aaggi does not arrange, book, or guarantee any travel, venue, or logistics. The meeting location is agreed upon by the creator and the selected fan.
Any costs associated with travel to or from the Fan Meet location are the sole responsibility of the respective party. Aaggi bears no liability for travel, accommodation, or other logistics costs.
4. Refunds
For information on when and how refunds are issued, please refer to our Refund Policy. Since no physical goods are delivered, there is no returns or exchange process.
