Refund Policy

The short version
If the Fan Meet you applied to is cancelled, or if it doesn't receive enough applications to proceed - you get a full, automatic refund with no action required on your part. If the Fan Meet proceeds and you were not selected, the ₹99 application fee is non-refundable.
1. When You Receive a Full Refund
A full refund of ₹99 is automatically issued when:
- The Fan Meet is cancelled - if the creator cancels an active Fan Meet before a winner is selected, every applicant is refunded in full.
- Minimum threshold not reached - if a Fan Meet closes without reaching the minimum number of applications required to proceed, all applicants are refunded automatically.
- Platform error - if a technical error on our side caused a duplicate charge or a failed application to be billed, we will issue a full refund upon verification.
Refunds in these cases are processed automatically. You do not need to email us - the refund happens as soon as the triggering condition is confirmed.
2. When the Fee Is Non-Refundable
The ₹99 application fee is not refunded when:
- You were not selected. The creator read your application and selected a different fan. This is the expected outcome for the majority of applicants, and the ₹99 covers your participation in the selection process.
- You withdraw your application. Once submitted and paid, applications cannot be withdrawn for a refund.
- You were disqualified. If your application was removed due to detected fraud, vote manipulation, or a Terms of Service violation, the fee is forfeited.
- You were selected but didn't attend. If you were the chosen fan and failed to attend the Fan Meet without a valid reason communicated in advance, no refund is issued.
3. Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed to your original payment method - the card, UPI, or wallet used during checkout on Razorpay. Processing times are:
- UPI: typically 1-3 business days
- Debit / Credit Card: 5-7 business days, depending on your bank
- Net Banking / Wallet: 3-5 business days
Once a refund is initiated by Aaggi, we have no control over when your bank or payment provider credits the amount. If it has been more than 10 business days, please contact your bank before reaching out to us.
4. How to Check Your Refund Status
If you are entitled to a refund, you can check its status by emailing support@aaggi.com with the subject line "Refund Status" and your registered email address. We will reply within 24 hours on weekdays with the refund reference number from Razorpay.
5. Raising a Dispute
If you believe you are entitled to a refund that has not been issued, or if you have been charged in error, please email support@aaggi.com with:
- Your registered email address
- The name of the Fan Meet you applied to
- The date of payment
- A brief description of the issue
We will investigate and respond within 3 business days. If we find the refund is valid, it will be processed within 2 business days of that confirmation.
We strongly recommend resolving disputes directly with us before initiating a chargeback with your bank, as chargebacks for valid, processed applications may result in your account being suspended.
