Privacy Policy

Aaggi ("we", "our", "us") operates the fan-meet platform at aaggi.com. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

By using Aaggi, you agree to the collection and use of information described in this policy.

Account data. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from Google. We store this to identify you across sessions.

Application data. When you apply to a Fan Meet, we store your written answer (up to 150 characters), the Fan Meet you applied to, your vote count, and your application rank.

Payment data. Payment is processed entirely by Razorpay. We do not store your card details, UPI ID, or banking information on our servers. We receive a payment confirmation reference from Razorpay to verify your application.

Usage data. We collect standard server logs including your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, to diagnose errors and understand how the platform is used.

Creator profile data. If you join as a creator, we also store your social media handle, primary platform, follower range, and UPI ID for payout purposes.

We use your data to:

• Authenticate your account and maintain your session
• Process and display your Fan Meet application to the creator
• Send you transactional emails - application confirmation, selection notification, and Fan Meet coordination
• Enable the optional vote-sharing feature and track your application rank
• Process creator payouts to their registered UPI ID
• Detect and prevent fraud, vote manipulation, and fake accounts
• Improve the platform based on aggregated, anonymised usage patterns

We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell your data to any third party.

We rely on the following third-party services to operate:

• Supabase - our database and authentication infrastructure. Your account data and application data are stored on Supabase.
• Google OAuth - used for sign-in. Google's privacy policy governs what data Google collects during authentication.
• Razorpay - processes all payments. Razorpay's privacy policy governs how payment data is handled.
• Resend - delivers transactional emails. Your email address is shared with Resend solely for this purpose.

Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data required for each service to function.

Aaggi uses cookies and browser local storage to maintain your login session and theme preference (light or dark mode). We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

We retain your account and application data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will delete or anonymise your data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance (e.g., payment records).

Application data (your written answer and vote count) from completed Fan Meets is retained for 24 months for fraud prevention and platform integrity purposes.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your account and associated data
• Object to processing where there is no legitimate reason
• Withdraw consent for any processing based solely on your consent

All data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS. Data at rest is stored on Supabase's infrastructure with row-level security policies ensuring fans can only access their own applications and creators can only access applications for their own Fan Meets.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We take commercially reasonable measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

Aaggi is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe we have collected data from a minor, please contact us immediately so we can delete it.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable data protection rules. Users in India have rights under these statutes in addition to those described above.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "last updated" date and, where appropriate, by email. Continued use of Aaggi after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
